Problem with One HD Receiver
I just had a 5 room Whole-Home DVR install/set-up. 1 room with a HD24 DVR and 4 with H24's receivers.
The problems is: One room is showing as part of the network when first turning on the TV and has access to recorded programming. After about a minute there is a screen message showing "Not part of network" and all access to the DVR ceases to exist. What might be the problems here???
All other rooms work fine.
Thanks!

Turning on that TV should not affect the Receiver or its network connection. Verify that the H24 is always powered and not connected to any sort of switched or "smart" AC power strip.

It's connected properly. Plugged directly into wall outlet. No powerstrip. Just seems to lose network connection within 1 minute of turning on TV.........

Then you may have an AC power problem or grounding problem at that TV. How is the Receiver connected to the TV? Simply turning the TV on/off should not affect the Receiver or its network connections. Very odd.

If you're unable to find an obvious cause, you might try switching one of the "good" H24's with the faulty one. That will tell you if the problem is in the receiver itself or something in that particular room. Be sure when moving the receivers to leave all coax in the original location and to reconnect the coax before re connecting AC power to each receiver.

Update:
Well, as of Wednesday morning, the problem seems to have fixed itself. It continued all through tuesday and tuesday night...error message every 10 minutes and no network connection. When I turned on the set yesterday morning......no error messages and the DVR was linked. As of this morning, all is still good.
Still though, I don't know what was causing the issue, why it repaired itself, or if it will return in the future. I guess only time will tell.
Thanks for all your input.
