Problems Ordering a New Remote
I have tried for two days to order a new remote for our DirectTV system. I do have a protection plan and followed all the steps. At the very end, I keep getting a message that says "Service cannot be processed right now. Please try again later." Frustrating. Makes me wonder whether the protection plan is worth it! Can you help me?
