Purchased Movie Not Listed

I purchased a movie some time ago and now it isn't listed either in 'All Recirdings' or in 'Purchases'

Any ideas?

Hi. Jamesj1. There was a known issue in which customers who purchased select movies were unable to view the movie again after their initial viewing or in recording. This technical issue was fixed. Are you still experiencing this issue? Carryl, DIRECTV Community Specialist

Yes I'm still experiencing this.

The movie (How the West Was Won) shows up on directv android app and on my pc.

On my pc it says I purchased it on 8/3/2022.

Just makes me wonder how many more movies are missing.

I keep track of my purchases in a database on my pc.

For some reason ''How the West was Won' reappeared in my purchase list.

Unfortunately, two other movies have disappeared. 'Once Upon a Time in America and 'Plymouth Adventure.'

I just watched Plymouth Adventure two days ago.

You can access your purchases as long as you remain a DIRECTV customer. Have you tried restarting your receiver or uninstalling and reinstalling the app?
