Question about flat wire and installing it

I live in an apartment, and have four boxes in my home. Two standard, two HD. Problem is that the wire has to run from the porch through the door. I was told that DirecTV recently stopped carrying flat wire, but was told I could find some online.

This was the best deal I could find. Now, do I buy four of those and I'm good to go? I'm sort of confused on how it all installs. The DirecTV representative that told me about the flat wire said that it might be better to call them and have them do something with the connectors? I'm not sure.

Since I just moved my service about a week ago, I'm still covered under the "new installation 30 days" policy or w/e. My question is, are these flat wire good, do I only need to purchase four for my four lines, and do I need to call DirecTV to have them make changes to the cable that is run itself? Thanks
