question on dvr install on existing tv

I am thinking of switching from dish network and have a question on how to connect the directv dvr to my existing tv.

One one dish network receiver I am using s-video and rca audio to connect to the tv.  I also have a 13" tv connected to the same receiver by coax.   I never use both tv's at the same time as they are on opposite sides of the room.

Is there any way I can connect these two tv's to a directv dvr?  I can get an inexpensive RF Modulator if necessary
