Quick Tunes Icons

The Quick Tunes Icons have disappeared.  I have refreshed and re-booted the receiver but this did not fix the problem.  Any suggestions?

First, lets try unplug the receiver from the wall outlet for 15 seconds and plug it back in.

I have done your suggestion, but there was not any change.  I have 2 receivers and the problem developed at the same time on both units.  Any more suggestions.

They are gone on my DVR’s also. Seems I remember this happening once before but don’t remember what I did to get them back. I rarely use the quick tune.

Their private message won't help. This is a bug in the latest Genie software update. It's happened before. Those logos will likely be back with a future update.
