R16 300 issue

The recorded show list does not return when finished watching a show or when deleting a show.

Sometimes a blue screen with a small video window appears, and sometimes it just goes back to live TV.

I have to reopen the list, and/or folder and scroll to the next item. This is very annoying in long lists.

I have 2,of the same model dvr's, the other one does not have this issue.

I have done the red button reset, and the fix only lasted one day.

I need info on a permanent fix, if one exists.
