RC64 - Can my Kitchen Remote Control Work With Our Master Bedroom TV?

We've lost the RC64 Remote for our bedroom, which controls a Panasonic HDTV.  Can I take the RC64 from our kitchen TV (which is a Sharp) and program that remote to work with our Panasonic upstairs?  Thanks in advance for your help.
