Help, I have the same problem. I have 3 tvs that work and 2 that worked yesterday and no longer work now, spent an hour on the phone with some technical support person in Manila, that was no help. Now its football Sunday, i have family here and I have 2 main tvs not working . Been with directv 21 years and Im finally ready to switch, I have had enough of the crappy service. In the mean time how to I fix these boxes, unfortunately the previous question was answered in a private message

yoy are replying to a three year old post. Sign into your DIRECTV.com account, go to ‘Manage my Equipment’, and see how many boxes are actually listed. If only one, you call DIRECTV to reactivate the other two. If they are clients, have both of their serial numbers and MAC addresses. If they are receivers, have handy a receiver ID, access card, model number, and serial number. If they fail to reactivate both boxes promptly, you redial DIRECTV and say ‘cancel’ to be sent to the retention/loyalty department where a more ‘educated’ agent can help.
