Was the Power Block behind one of the TV's? The PI- lead (not) the IRD lead on the power supply goes to the (red) Port 1 on any splitter behind the tv --the wall plate goes to the single (top) port of the splitter .
Just guessing --Smart phone pictures would be helpful
