receiver flashing light

Receiver started to flash the blue light in front and shows a snowy picture flashing also with back ground showing trying to search for a signal. Tried the reset red button didn't fix it. Tried to unplug wait then plug it back in didn't fix it. Took off the coaxial cable from receiver stopped the blue light from flashing but of course no picture. Plugged it back in Snowy flashing picture and blue light flashing again. Also tried to re authorize the receiver online but no luck! Any help anyone??
