Receiver Frequently Loses Signal 771/775

For the last month or so my Direct TV HR44-500 receiver loses the signal (771 or 775 error code) frequently. It will cycle in and out all during the day.

A coax junction had been replaced by a technician due to "shorting out" and a day later he came back (same problem...775) and replaced the satellite dish receiver horn. The technician says that there is stray voltage coming from the TV and interfering with the Direct TV receiver.

The TV is relatively new, bought and installed in January. The issue didn't start until this month.

I need a resolution to this...
