Receiver stuck on "Running Receiver Self Check"

We have been experiencing DTV issues for a bit & rebooting the receiver has normally cleared the problem. Now the receiver is stuck on Running Receiver Self Check. All Troubleshooting has failed to correct the issue. How do we get a replacement receiver?

You have to call. There are long hold times.

I called ATT DTV on Friday 4/3 and got thru after a few hours (not too bad considering the current situation). I reached a very professional and patient rep who, after having me troubleshoot, arranged to have a replacement receiver sent out. Today, Monday 4/6 the shipment was received!
