Receiver Very Slow to Show picture when turning on AND Scheduled shows being canceled

Starting on 10/16/2010, when I turn on my HD-DVR it takes around 30 seconds before any picture will appear. No Sound either. I checked my satellite strength and it was >97 on both Tuners. It's still doing it as of today, 10/19/2010.

Also, starting on 10/16/2010, shows I had previously scheduled to record did not. When I look at "History", it says they were "Canceled by user (1001)". I didn't cancel these shows.

Oddly enough, tonight I noticed that the record light wasn't on when I knew it should be. So I turned on the DVR, and as soon as I did the orange record light came on and when I when to view my playlist, it showed tonights recording as "partial". For some dumb reason, it didn't realize it needed to record a program until I turned the DVR on.

DirecTV you are on your last chance with me. I don't even care about paying an early term fee. I can view everything I want to on-line. College football is the only thing that's keeping my DVR in my house and I'm about to give in and watch ESPN3.com for football.
