receiver will not receive signal

we took our motorhome up to flagstaff this Labor day weekend and once parked we were never able to receive satellite information...we did a search for signal and it found the satellite then goes into screen that says receiving satellite info but nothing happens...0% complete...we are now back in Phoenix and parked in our spot...tried to get it to receive satellite but again same thing...we have reset receiver plus unplugged for 15 seconds as troubleshooting told us to...help please
