Yes, you will probably need a composite 10 pin din cable to get the red/white audio yellow video to connect the VHS.
I bought that cable but cannot figure out how to connect it. Could you possibly walk me thru it?
What is the Genie model number?
C61-500 I believe
The C61 has the A/V output jack to plug the 10 pin din cable into a C61K doesn't and those are not Genies but minis.
So then once I plug that into the A/v then where do I plug the red, yellow and white cables?
The input jacks on the VHS then you may want to run a composite cable from the VHS output jacks to the TV to see what is being recorded.
