Remote Menu can't access Settings
We have DirecTV Whole Home set up, with four TV's. The Remotes on two of them fully integrated with the Genie and TV's. But two of the remotes will not get past "recordings" on the menu, and we're unable to access Settings to program the remotes to control the TV's. One is a brand new TCL Rocu TV and the other one is a Samsung smart TV. I've read everything I could find to read on programming the remotes and nothing has worked. They will not get past the "Recordings" in the menu, so we can't access the settings. Any help anyone can give in fixing the two remotes will be helpful. Right now, we have to use two clickers.. one to turn on the TV's and adjust the sound and another one to change DirecTV channels.

Please list the receiver models of each TV and the receiver models that are ‘stuck’ on the recording menu. First, you can try pressing the red button reset on all four boxes. This will be on the front where it says ‘PUSH’ or the right side by the access card for the HR54 series. Second, list all the remote models. This will start with RC.
After pressing red button resets, all should work. If not, from the main Genie HD DVR, go to Menu, Settings, Whole Home, and Remove Clients. Remove the clients stuck on recordings. Then, re-add them. From there, everything should work out.
Thus, you can go to Menu, Settings, and Remote Setup. Go to IR/RF setup and program the remotes one by one. Don’t mix them up. Thereafter, you can program each TV individually by going to the same menu except program TV. Choose each brand and model. You may either have to enter codes or the receiver itself will find the code and automatically program for the TV hands free.

Hi detuch254,
Thank you for your suggestions. I was able to get the two remotes that would not "pair" with the TV's and the reveivers to work. I appreciate your help. It's so much easier to just have one remote to control the TV. My Grandsons have already figured out how to record their programs. I didn't know that until I was wanting to watch one of my recorded programs and saw how much they'd already recorded.. LOL! These kids are way too smart!
Thanks again for your help.
