Remote not working
Sometimes the remote will arrow down the lists but most of the time it doesn’t work. I tried taking the back off to replace batteries. Problem with that! I cannot get it off. Anyone have a hint for that?

Which remote control model number?
It can take some force to slide off the back to replace the batteries.

My remote has fallen off the bed several times and found the cover in a different location We also keep a couple xtra spare remotes on hand.....just b/c
Is there someone else that can give your remote a try? Might have to go to that persons house.
