remotes work inconsistently

my remotes work sometimes then will not work like they are jammed or locked up the system has been reset and they have new batteries in them also they are less than 1 year old

If you have the protection plan DTV will replace it otherwise they are cheaper online.

sometimes when i push butttons on my remote it will do nothing then 2 minutes later the box goes through all the buttons ive pushed on the remote earlier
