re-send authorization to re-activate my receiver

I get a message that I need to have an authorization resent to reactivate my receiver.

You can do it yourself via www.directv.com/refresh

Please call AT&T via 800-288-2020 for them to send the authorizations

I have been on hold today for a total of 2 hours trying to get tech support

Sorry to hear about that. But yes, hold time takes longer than as usual because of the high call volumes and some centers are closed due to coronavirus outbreak.
