Reset parental controls passcode
Hi somehow my grandson set a parental controls passcode and we can't unlock it because unfortunately he's only 3 and has no idea what he set the code as. How can I override this at home because it's after hours and I can't contact directv till morning and he's going crazy to watch his cartoons before bed...somebody PLEASE HELP!

The only way to fix this is to call DirecTV and have them reset the passcode. Be prepared to prove that you're the primary account owner. It's for your own protection to prevent anyone else from resetting the passcode.
