Resetting the DVR HD Receiver do you loose the To Do List and/or Series Manager info

We are told to reset the DVR HD Receiver (HR24-100) because we are getting the "to be announced" error message on our guide.  If we press the red re-set button we we loose or To Do List and our Series Manager Info?  Also, if we re-set using the on line set up will we loose our data?
