Restore service

I paid past due amount today in order to have service restored.  Screen keeps asking for pin, which i keep putting in with no response.

You have to pay the entire bill to restore service,

Once your service has been suspended for past due, you have to pay the entire balance to restore service. Paying just past due is how to avoid interruption if it hasn't happened yet.

You mention the screen keeps asking for info. First of all do you have DirecTV (satellite) or some other service owned by AT&T? If DirecTV, I wonder if that is the Mini Genie Client needing a PIN from the main box. Thought that will not matter until you pay everything you owe, not just the past due.
