The HR54, C61K and C51 are returnable so take them to a UPS/FedEx store to scan them in and keep the receipt unless you are more then 10 miles away from one then you have to call DTV for a return box(es) to take them to the post office.

You don't, DTV has never sent just a label they send a return box to take to the post office if you are more then 10 miles from a UPS/FedEx store that can scan them in and give you a receipt provided they are returnable. So what are the model numbers?

I need to return my equipment. I was on a 6.77 request for delaying my service. I am having a home built. I am living in a room. I have NO tv. I haven't had a TV for a year. I got my first bill it is 139.00 for service. I even have cinemax and another pay channel. Problem is I did not order these programs. I have called and Asia answered my call. I stayed on the phone for 39 min. And I can not understand a word she is saying. I asked to talk to a manager... I could not understand a word she is saying. Iij drove an hour away to the closest att. They dont do any problems with billing. I want to end this service. I am on morphine and I can't be calling when it gets me nowhere. Iam not a racist... but hire people that can speak English. Jez I went thru this last year when someone added NFL crap. It took me 3 months to fix that. I finally sent a letter and a month later I finally got it corrected. Please. I dont even want a freaking TV.

The only way to cancel DTV is to call. You take returnable receivers to a UPS/FedEx store to scan them in. What are the receiver model numbers?
