Returning equipment for cancelled service
I need to return my equipment I have canceled my service. I do not live near a UPS or FedEx store I am over 70 miles away from one and need a label to be able to send my things back through a local FedEx pick up site or UPS. How do I go about getting a return shipping label? Sincerely Cynthia

DTV will only send you a box to return them to the post office, you have to call them to get one, from the posts here you maybe better off making the trip.

If you are over 10 miles away from a participating shipping location then you call DirecTV to request a prepaid return kit (the old process). They send to you by FedEx and you return by USPS (not UPS).
However, what are the models of each of your boxes? Just to be sure if returnable or not.
