Returning tv/ cable equipment
Hello everyone! Does anyone know where I’m supposed to take the equipment when returning it after being packaged? I don’t think I’m suppose to take it to an At&T store correct? Please help, thanks I’m advance.

you need to drop it off with a participating fedex or ups store,(not all are participating) make sure you have your account number and get a tracking number ,they will pack and ship it at no charge to you below are links to find a participating center, if you are more than 10 miles from a participating center then call and inform them your more than ten miles from a participating location and they will send boxes and labels.
www.fedex.com/attreturns or www.theupsstore.com/locations.

You do not have to package it yourself. You take the equipment, and your DIRECTV account number, to a convenient The UPS Store or FedEx Office storefront. They will accept your account number and equipment, give you a receipt for it, and pack and ship it for you. Note that it has to be one of the above franchised storefronts, it cannot be a drop off location for the carriers, or even an official shipping depot. AT&T Stores will not accept any such return.
Please retain that receipt until you're absolutely sure that your account has been properly credited for the return.

What are the models of each box you have? Want to be sure which ones (if any) are returnable.
Oh and keep receipt showing they took possession of the boxes.
