Reviewing Gemini
I have had the Gemini box for about three months now. It goes off regularly and says either “unauthorized location” or Code 622. Several times just rebooting the Gemini does the trick. Sometimes for a day other times for five minutes. The only option I have when it has to be rebooted over and over is to call DIRECTV and have them to reboot it remotely.
of course, every time I call, I have to go through all the ID info to get to speak to service technician. I try to explain that I just need them to reboot from their side, but NOOO! They think that I haven’t done all the things that they always me do before they flick the switch on their side. It’s either the equipment itself or maybe the Gemini system is just garbage. If it worked like it suppose to, it would be a great addition to my TV, however, it’s only causing me lots of frustration.
