RVer with Waiver has East HD and West SD wants The CW either 384 or 385

I live full time in a motor home. I have a waiver and have the HD East coast feed from NY plus the SD West coast feed from LA. I am not able to receive either channel 384 or 385. How can I receive The CW channel?
