SD channels cause receiver to freeze

I have a legacy system with H24 receivers.  It is a non swm system. I get 92 + on all satellites. On one of my receivers when  I tune to channel 352 ( nasa ) or 408 standard definition ( Unimas West ),  the receiver locks up completely. I have to reboot the receiver and hit the channel up or down button right after the schedule rebuilder finishes in order to watch again. Anyone know a reason for this? The receiver is a H24/700. This does not happen on the H24/100 I also have. Thanks.

Yes, so this error is only happening on your H24-700?

Could be DTV is shutting down the MPEG2 SD channels is causing this.

If that was the case, all of the receivers would do it. His/her H24-700 may need to be updated to 0x0cea or the service may simply just need to be refreshed.
