Searching for signal error -- with strong signal!

I recently lost signal to my TV. For the past few days I had been missing channels here and there. When I unplugged the receiver to reset it, they always came back. However, the most recent time, I unplugged the receiver while on a 'lost' channel and this time, none of the channels returned. Based on a search through the forum, it appears that the most likely issue is that the dish is not aligned properly.

However, when I check the signal meter, I appear to have a good signal.

101 satellite:
1=95
3=95
5=93
7=93 etc...with strong signal for transponders 9, 11, 13, 15, 17, 19, 21, 23, 25, 27, 29, and 31

I don't have any signal for satellites 119 or 110. But, I am using a SD receiver with no local channels so I didn't think that was necessary...Should I be getting a signal on these 2 satellites?

I also only have 1 receiver so I cannot switch it out to see if that is the issue.

Any help regaining signal/picture is greatly appreciated!
