searching for signal on satellite in 2...(771)

my newer recievers in my master bed room and living room say searching for signal on sat 2..(771) yet my other hd dvr reciever in my other bed room shows that same channel. The channel we're having that problem with is 277, travel channel. After reseting the recievers they still show no signal and the other bed shows that channel. Whats the cause for this situation and how can this be solved? Oh and I called earlyer today to speak to a customer rep about it and they said its comming from the signal where direct tv gets it from, but only one reciever is showing that channel..............
