Set Top Engineering : Are You Out There?
Hi All,
I was wondering if anyone can help me... I need an email address or phone # for Set Top Engineering department at DTV. I have several suggestions of a very specific nature, having to do with future behaivor of DVR's / receivers. I want to ensure that the suggestions are properly heard and given due consideration - and don't fall through the cracks at the typical CSR level (a couple I've talked to seem to have no idea how to process such suggestions).
