Setting up my man cave. Where to start?
I am about to buy a house that has an upstairs bonus room that I am going to turn into a "man cave". I have no idea where to start so please forgive me if I am too vague. I am really just looking for a starting point. There are is no existing satellite or anything. We will have a tv in the living room and one in the bedroom. I will probably install one on the patio, but I think I am going to use a splitter to run it off of the receiver in the living room if possible.
The biggest "obstacle" is the man cave. I want to have at least 4 TVs and possibly 5 mounted on the same wall. I will have one or two gaming systems, a DVD player, and probably surround sound running to the TVs. What do I need to be looking at to get this accomplished? Will I need any kind of special equipment? Is there a certain brand of TV that is better suited to this kind of setup? Will a DirecTV installer be able to handle this or should I coordinate with a local home audio expert?
I am really just looking for a starting point. I know there are a hundred things out there that I haven't considered so any info will be helpful.
Thanks.

That sort of custom installation is best handled by a local Home Theater AV specialist. You should be able to find several qualified companies in Houston. While a DirecTV installer can likely handle running the satellite cables to that room, an AV Specialist will be able to help you select the appropriate HDTVs, their locations, and hide all of the cabling inside walls for a much cleaner professional appearance.
