setup code for Toshiba Blu Ray BDX 2000

Trying to program my new remote (old one died) to control our new Toshiba Blue Ray DBX 2000 DVD/Blu Ray player. None of the setup codes in the new User Guide work, and the on screen "find the code" option did not do the job after pressing "Channel Up" over 400 times. HELP!
