Show Descriptions not showing in Guide

Using an HR22-100.  For the past few months, a large number of channels do not display the show description in the guide.  Most show "Upcoming:", "To Be Announced" or it is just blank.  I have reset the receiver a couple of times.  Sometimes the show names wioll appear, but then they go away later.  Need a fix!
