Slimline3 dish, why is elevation off?

I believe I have my Slimline3 dish aligned correctly as Im getting the 99/101/103 signals for the most part in the 85-100 range.

Where its off is Receiver states elevation should be 47 degrees as does dishpointer.com (which is 46.6). However according to the markings on the dish Im sitting at somewhere around 33-34 if I look at where the lock down bolt is.

Is this normal? Or am I pointed to the wrong birds in the sky? My tilt is supposed to be 67 which is it. My azimuth is supposed to be 212 which I believe is where Im looking at.

Im just wondering if Im truly pointed to the wrong birds or is the stamping on the side of the assembly that off. Then again I wonder how can I be pointed to the wrong birds, I seem to getting all the channels I test and watch.
