snowy and no sound

Okay, I haven't been able to watch my TV for almost 3 weeks!  The picture is snowy and there is no sound!  I really need help

This suggests that the TV is tuned to the wrong channel (should be Ch3 or Ch4), or not set to the proper Video INPUT (Video1, AUX, etc).  

 

How is the D12's video output connected to your TV?  What connector/cable are you using?
