Software update wont downlaod
I have a Direct TV DVR R15 model 300 that is stuck on a software update screen.
Have not had any issues with the system until this morning. The system is trying to download a software update and is hung up. I get an error message after about 10 mins that says to try again, hit the red reset button. This does not seem to do anything.
Is there any way to skip this udgrade and bring the system back to life?
