Some (not all) channels have error 771 - alignment issue?

I'm having an issue with some of my channels. Most of the ones I watch are good, but all of the local and some of the HD channels have the 771 error. I'm missing all of the local channels, as well as 281 HDTH, 306 HDN and 311 ABCFHD (I just checked some). My 101 readings seem to be good, but some of the 99 and 103 have zeroes. Wanted to know if I should just fine tune the AZ/EL or is it just a matter of fine tuning the tilt? I have a slimline with 1 HR24 and 1 H24. Both are showing the same issues and signal readings. I want to try to align it myself if that's the issue vs waiting for someone to come.
