Step 1 of 2: Checking Satellite settings... This will take a few minutes

Last night our power went out due to thunderstorms in our area. Now when the receiver tries to load it gets stuck on Step 1 of 2: Checking Satellite settings... This will take a few minutes . I have tried the red reset button a couple of times, and I have unplugged it for about 30 min. Nothing seems to work. I dont have a internet line hooked up to it, and it is the only receiver that I have. It is hooked directly into the dish. It is a HD receiver H23-600.
