Strange issue - Favorites channels added and deleted
Hello. This problem began shortly after installation of 3 standard receivers (D12-300).
The issue I noticed was that when you would set either favorites 1 or 2 it would remove some channels on it's own and add other channels on its own. Wondering if there was something that I or D* could do I called customer service. Even though I was pretty certain there was not anything a technician call would do I agreed to it. She came out and in the time she was there witnessed the event of the box remove a couple of channels so she called D* and spoke with the tech's that said they had not heard of a problem like that before.
Going ahead a couple of years we now have 4 standard receivers (D12-300) and one Standard DVR (H15) and they all do the same thing! After another call to D* they simply say that it shows in the system and there are no known fixes.
I won't go into the trouble that the DVR has given outside of this issue or the fact that customer service had me reformat the drive and assured me it would only fix what was corrupt and ended wiping everything out. I just think it is a little one sided that if I am late (and I never am) on a payment I risk termination or if I have problems with the equipment I still get charged full price of the rentals but if I have a problem I basically get told, uh huh.
Also I am wondering, is the H15 a bit older of a system as I have seen most people mention H20 and later models?
