Stupid question (brain fry setting in)

Ok I have the WHDVR and HD setup, believe both boxes are the HR24 and H24 (whatever the latest ones are).  I'm aware of the DECA/Ethernet connection issue.

Now my question is, if I hook up both receives to my network (house can be wired with Cat5), will I still have the WHDVR and On Demand without having DTV come out and hook up the Cinema Connection kit?  Or is it a absolute must that they do the second DECA install on the DVR?

Nope.  You MUST use the Cinema Connection Kit or you'll kill the WHDVR network access.

Thanks.  Wish the installer would've told me that at the time.  But then again their people also screwed me on the rebates too, saying that we did the rebate the day service went active it'd be on the first bill (and was noted on the account I was told that).  Today when I called to inquire I wasn't getting the 29 a month credit, the note wasn't even on the account.  So far not impressed with their customer service or tech support...
