Sunday Ticket to Go

I I am scheduled for installation of Direct TV on Tuesday this week.  I order the Sunday Ticket with Sunday Ticket to Go.  I am not able to access the Sunday ticket to go at this point.  It shows that you don't have to have Direct TV to access this.  Do I have to register a separate login for the Sunday Ticket to go other than the account I created when I ordered Direct TV?  I called into Customer Service and they did not really seem to know what needed to happen.

 I would love to be able to watch some games today if possible.

Any advise?
