Support CSRs are STUPID!!

I had a receiver blow up tonight.  Zap.  Toast.  The darn thing won't power up, at all.  Tried telling the first CSR that, he refused to hear me and started down his little script.  Asked for a supervisor.  The same stupid little script -- absolutely no LISTENING.  Other than psychological like "I heard what you said, but please press the power button".

 

How about when the customer says "the unit will not power up" they actually pay attention?!?

 

I've had 4 (including this one) that have done the same thing -- will not power up.  The fused link inside blew or something.  Not customer fixable.  Just send me a new one, for christ's sake.  It's not that hard, really!!
