SWM........Tuner 2 slightly lower than tuner one.

Question.

I have 2 HR21 recievers. My question is when I check the satellite signals tuner two is about 4 to 5 numbers lower than tuner one. It's not a drastic difference and I'm not experienceing any pixellation or any problems. But I'm just wondering, should tuner one and tuner two be exactly the same level? On one of the satellites I have upper 80s on all transponders on tuner one, but lower 80s on all transponders on tuner two.......Everything seems to be working great but is there anything wrong that could be causing this? Thanks
