Tech did not show up for install.

I ordered DirectTv on the 24th and installation was scheduled for today the 26th. No call no show so i called customer service to see what happened. They had no answer for me except to reschedule for tomorrow the 27th which is fine but then they wanted me to pay the 218.00 i had already paid a second time in order to schedule it. Not happening and after being on the phone with Alicia Kilbrew for 2 hours they could do nothing for me. I am highly disappointed in the process for which this has to go around. If i pay once and get told one thing i expect to get what i paid for... Thats how this works. BBB Here i come!!!
