Thanks DirecTv for that new software update yesterday morning, the one that locked up my HR-20 over and over.
Yep, nice bit of programming you guys did there. After several lockups I found the instructions for forcing a software download and that seemed to cure it. Of course several hours later you had to send down ANOTHER update right in the middle of something I was trying to record, and of course when the DVR reset I lost that.
Nice going, next time test this stuff out before using your customers as guiena pigs, ya think..????
