The picture “blinks”

DVR/Receiver model number?

How exactly is the DVR/Receiver connected to your TV? AV Receiver?

When did the problem start?

When was your equipment installed?

What troubleshooting have you tried so far?  New video cable? Reset the DVR/Receiver?

 

I contacted the customer service department for the television brand. I
was able to address the problem by resetting the television, I assume, to
its factory setting. So, the problem was not a receiver/satellite
