Three HR22-100's and No Internet. Only two DVR's recognized in WHDVR Status?

I currently have three HR22-100's (HD-DVR's) and No Internet.

Set everything up myself and got DTV to activate this past weekend.  However, two of the HR22's work great and the third one shows "No networked DVRs found."

All three show to be networked under the info and test menu and WHDVR is Authorized on all three.

I swapped out the DECA adapter and ethernet cable between the unrecognized HR22's and one of the working HR22's.

I powered everything down and then back up.  PI first, DVR's next

I have also done a red button reset, power down reset, and a menu reset with no changes.

Again, two HR22s work great, the third one isn't recognized by the other two and vise versa.

Any ideas?

You set up everything yourself?  How are you  networking everything together?  Is it always the same HR22 that's not being recognized?  Did you also install your own SWM equipment?  Did you use proper green-labeled SWM, splitters, etc?

Yes myself.  Networked through coax with DECA adapters.

Yes, same one that is not recognized.

Current Setup:

I currently have three HR22-100's, Slimline 5 SWM, and No Internet.  The SWM LNB is not "green labeled".

I have a single coax between the dish LNB, Band Stop Filer inline, and a "green labeled" SWS8 splitter.  I also have a green labled SWM power inserter feedeing the SWS8.

I have one DECA adapter inline with the coax on each of the three HR22's and the DECA ethernet (CAT5) to the TOP ethernet jack on the HR22's.

Not sure why you started a fresh thread, there was a detailed discussion ongoing at:

I'll have to check the IP addresses tomorrow.  Working on the road today.  I do know that they are all different, not matching.  But don't remember the #'s.

dcd, new thread due to lack of replies at the old one.  seemed like it was getting a little long.

Thanks for the help so far.

A few off the wall ?'s.  Did you leave the terminator caps on all of the unused ports of the 8 way splitter?  Are you getting full TV reception on the recalcitrant DVR?  Have you checked online and your receiver ID numbers?  I'm thinking a wrong record at DTV and the authorization wouldn't reach that box.  The RID numbers appear under "My Equipment" on the account page.  The same number can be seen on the box by pressing and holding the "info" button on the remote for each DVR.

HR22 #1 IP address: 169.254.6.100

HR22 #2 IP address: 169.254.8.75

HR22 #3 IP address: 169.254.14.242 (non-recognized by the first two)

All terminator caps on unused ports; yes, full reception and signal on all.

All RID #'s are correct on the account.

Any ideas?

Try the bottom Ethernet port of the non functioning DVR.  Very rare, but we have seen HD DVR's with the Ethernet ports reversed.  You'll need to do a red button reset on the DVR for the change to take effect.

No change with the bottomn ethernet port.

I also physically swapped out a working DVR with the non-working one.  Left all of the cables, cords, and adapters in the original locations.  Just moved the actual DVD boxes.  The non-working DVD is still the same one with the change.

Doesn't appear to be a phyiscal setup problem.  Must be a bad DVR or software setup issue.

Any ideas?

DVD, meant DVR.

Call and request a replacement.  The CSR probably won't authorize a replacement based on your problem, you'll need to suffer some bad failure, like the unit will not power on.
