Tired of dealing with directv

Is anyone else sick to death of customer service?

Been dealing with an equipment issue since March. Get told the same thing every time I call.I have been paying late charges for a screw up on their end, for months now. It's now escalated to the point of service being stopped on July 3rd... (because I refuse to pay for equipment that was sent back)

DO NOT MOVE THIS TO PRIVATE. THERE'S NO PERSONAL INFORMATION ON THIS 

More phone calls,  I started blocking all of them,  tired of the lies. The lack of service.  The overpriced service.  The being overcharged,  paying for their mistakes and numerous other things. 

One bright thing,  a nice lady named  Apple. After 7 phone calls she told me the truth and within 4 hours I had a return label. 

So when my service is suspended in two days,  I have smart tvs, will be streaming. Never anything on the directv anyway. 

Also buying the fire stick.  

So go ahead,  suspend it. Cause it's obvious that you don't care about your customers

DTV doesn't use return labels they send a box that you take to the post office if you are more then 10 mile from a UPS/FedEx store to scan them in provided they are returnable.  The content providers send the same programming to all TV providers so there will be nothing on them either.

WRONG!!!!!!!!!!!!!

After 6, yes SIX  failed attempts to get a recovery box,  I was emailed the label to put on the equipment and finally send back. 

This is part of many lies you tell your customers so you can charge late fees.

This is a customer to customer forum with little contact with DTV so there is no reason to lie and we can't charge you anything, those labels are probably for a recycling center not DTV.  DTV charges a one time NRF(non return fee) not late charges and if the receivers are received DTV will credit it back.
